  • Will this stand fit my large phone (e.g., iPhone Pro Max / Galaxy Ultra)? Most of our stands are designed to support devices ranging from 4 to 8 inches, including larger models with heavy cases. Please check the "Specifications" section on the product page for exact dimension limits.
  • Is the stand stable? Will my phone tip over? Yes, our stands feature weighted bases and anti-slip silicone pads to ensure stability. For extra heavy devices, we recommend adjusting the angle to center the gravity.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to Singapore Dollars (SGD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to Singapore take? Since we ship internationally from the USA, typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
  • My item arrived damaged, what do I do? Please do not return a damaged item immediately. Simply take a photo of the damage and the packaging, then email it to support@relava.shop. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
